摘要
本文根据SPA制氮工艺的技术特点,采取光谱分析与力学性能试验,排除了空气缓冲罐壳体用材的质量问题;在对冷凝水水质、活性炭成分及腐蚀产物分析的基础,通过系统分析找出了导致腐蚀的主要原因是在酸性溶液中,Fe发生析氢腐蚀,针对腐蚀原因提出了具体防止措施和建议。
According to the technical characteristics of the SPA nitrogen production process, the spectral analysis and mechanical properties tests were taken to eliminate the quality problems of the air buffer tank shell materials. Based on the analysis of the condensate water quality, activated carbon composition and corrosion products, it is found that the main cause of corrosion is the hydrogen evolution corrosion of Fe in acidic solution, and specific prevention measures and suggestions for corrosion reasons are proposed.
