容器与管道压力试验时压力值与压力表量程的选择 被引量:1

摘要 压力容器制造及检修与压力管道施工及检修的质量均需要经压力试验来验证。以管道施工中的技术要求与水压试验时压力表状态为例,对水压试验压力取值、压力表量程选择以及两个相同量程压力表的误差等问题进行了讨论,建议施工图设计确定水压试验压力值时宜精确到小数点后两位,施工时在按规定选用压力表量程的同时,尚应关注环境温度对两个相同量程压力表误差的影响,以准确进行压力试验见证。 Not only the quality of pressure vessel manufacturing and maintenance, but also the quality of pressure pipeline construction and maintenance all need to be verified by pressure test. Taking the technical requirements in pipeline construction and the pressure gauge state during hydraulic test as example, the problems of hydraulic pressure test pressure value, pressure gauge range selection and error of two same range pressure gauges are discussed. It is suggested that the hydraulic pressure test pressure value in the construction drawing should be accurate to two decimal place. During construction, the pressure gauge range should be selected according to the regulations, while the in fluence of ambient temperature on the error between the two equal range pressure gauges should be concemed. Only in this way, we can witness the pressure test accurately.
