新疆手足口病非EV-A71非CV-A16肠道病毒的基因分型 被引量:2

Molecular genotyping for enteroviruses of non-enterovirus 71 non-coxsackievirus A16 associated with hand . foot and mouth disease in Xinjiang

摘要 目的了解新疆手足口病的非EV-A71非CV-A16肠道病毒的病原谱构成。方法收集2011—2016年新疆手足口病非EV-A71非CV-A16肠道病毒感染的病例标本,采用RT-PCR法扩增VP1区基因序列并进行序列测定,通过肠道病毒分型鉴定网进行分型鉴定。结果获得的119株毒株基因序列经比对鉴定出CV-A6、CV-A10、CV-A4、CV-B3、Echo30、CV-A24等15种肠道病毒,其中CV-A6数量最多;2013年、2015年和2016年CV-A6在非EV-A71非CV-A16肠道病毒病原中的构成比分别为87.9%、79.5%和88.3%。结论引起新疆手足口病的病原体包括17种以上的肠道病毒血清型。2013年以来,CV-A6与EV-A71和CV-A16同时或交替成为手足口病主要的病原。 Objective To understand the pathogenic spectrum characteristics of enteroviruses of non-enterovirus (EV) 71 and non-coxsackievirus (CV) A16 associated with hand,foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Xinjiang.Methods Specimens were collected from HFMD patients infected with non-EV-A71 non-CV-A16 enterovirus from 2011 to 2016 in Xinjiang.The virion protein (VP) 1 gene sequence was amplified by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and sequenced.Sequencing and genotyping were performed through erterovirus genotyping tool.Results A total of 119 sequences were obtained,15 human enterovirus serotypes were identified including CV-A6,CV-A10,CV-A4,CV-A8,CVB1,CV-B3 (4 strains),CV-B4,CV-B5,ECHO30,ECHO12,ECHO14,CV-A9,CV-A24,PV1 and PV3.The composition ratio of CV-A6 among non-EV-A71 non-CV-A 16 enterovirus in 2013,2015 and 2016 was 87.9%,79.5% and 88.3% respectively.Conclusions The pathogens causing HFMD in Xinjiang included more than 17 kinds of human enterovirus serotypes.Since 2013,CV-A6 has become the main pathogen of HFMD simultaneously or alternately with EV-A71 and CV-A16.
