用侧卧法治疗水平半规管性良性阵发性位置性眩晕病的效果观察

Effect lateral position for horizontal semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positionality vertigo

目的:探讨用侧卧法治疗水平半规管性良性阵发性位置性眩晕病(HC-BPPV)的效果。方法:选取2015年10月至2017年4月期间贵阳市第二人民医院收治的36例HC-BPPV患者作为研究对象。这些患者入院后,均为其使用侧卧法进行治疗。观察这些患者在治疗1d后、3d后治疗的效果。结果:进行侧卧治疗1d后,这些患者治疗的总有效率为63.2%。进行侧卧治疗3d后,这些患者治疗的总有效率为86.8%。结论:用侧卧法治疗HC-BPPV的效果较为理想,可有效地改善其临床症状。

Objective:To investigate the effect of lateral lying in the treatment of horizontal semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(hc-bppv).Methods:36 patients with hc-bppv admitted to the second people's hospital of guiyang city from October 2015 to April 2017 were selected as research objects.These patients were treated on their side after admission.To observe the effect of these patients after 1 d and 3 d treatment.Results:after 1 d of lateral lying,the total effective rate was 63.2%.The overall response rate in these patients was 86.8% 3 d after lateral lying.Conclusion:lateral decubitus is an effective method to treat hc-bppv and improve its clinical symptoms.
