中西医结合疗法治疗屈曲型胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果分析

Effect of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine for flexion fracture of the thoracolumbar spine

目的:探究用中西医结合疗法治疗屈曲型胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年5月四川省邻水县中医院收治的80例屈曲型胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为试验组和对照组(40例/组)。对两组患者均进行常规的西医治疗。在此基础上,为试验组患者加用中医疗法进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,试验组患者中临床疗效为痊愈者有21例,为好转者有17例,为无效者有2例,其治疗的有效率为95%;对照组患者中临床疗效为痊愈者有15例,为好转者有12例,为无效者有13例,其治疗的有效率为67.5%。试验组患者治疗的有效率高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:用中西医结合疗法治疗屈曲型胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果良好,可有效地促进患者骨折处的愈合。

objective:to explore the clinical effect of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of flexion thoracolumbar compression fractures.Methods:80 patients with flexion thoracolumbar compression fractures admitted to linshui county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in sichuan province from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as research objects.These patients were randomly divided into a trial group and a control group(40 cases/group).Patients in both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.On this basis,the experimental group patients plus Chinese medicine therapy for treatment.Then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:after treatment,21 patients in the experimental group were cured,17 were improved,and 2 were ineffective.The effective rate was 95%.Among the patients in the control group,15 cases were cured,12 cases were improved,and 13 cases were ineffective.The effective rate of the treatment was 67.5%.The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the treatment of flexion thoracolumbar compression fracture with integrated Chinese and western medicine has a good clinical effect,which can effectively promote the healing of the fracture.
