对择期进行妇产科手术的患者实施喉罩通气全身麻醉的安全性探讨

Safety of general anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation for the elective patients received gynecologic surgery

目的:探讨对择期进行妇产科手术的患者实施喉罩通气全身麻醉的安全性。方法:将2017年3月至2018年3月期间在四川省德阳市人民医院择期进行妇产科手术的60例患者随机分为对照组和观察组。在两组患者进行手术的过程中,对对照组患者进行气管插管全身麻醉,对观察组患者进行喉罩通气全身麻醉,然后对比完成通气后两组患者的各项生命体征。结果:完成通气后与对照组患者相比,观察组患者的心率、平均动脉压、收缩压及舒张压均较低,P <0.05。结论:对择期进行妇产科手术的患者实施喉罩通气全身麻醉可减少其生命体征的波动,从而可保障其麻醉的安全性。

Objective:To investigate the safety of general anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation in patients undergoing elective obstetrics and gynecology surgery.Methods:from March 2017 to March 2018,60 patients who underwent elective obstetrics and gynecology operations in deyang people's hospital of sichuan province were randomly divided into control group and observation group.During the operation of the two groups of patients,the patients in the control group were intubated with general anesthesia,and the patients in the observation group were given general anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation,and then the vital signs of the patients in the two groups were compared after the completion of ventilation.Results:the heart rate,mean arterial pressure,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group after ventilation,P<0.05.Conclusion:general anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation can reduce the fluctuation of vital signs and ensure the safety of anesthesia.
