对30例胫骨干骨折患者进行微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究对30例胫骨干骨折患者进行微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术的效果。方法:选取淮安市淮阴医院骨科收治的60例胫骨干骨折患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为常规组(CV组)与微创组(MI组)。对CV组患者进行常规的切开复位钢板内固定术,对MI组患者进行微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术,然后比较两组患者手术的时间、术中的出血量、术后的住院时间及其术后并发症的发生率。结果:与CV组患者相比,MI组患者手术的时间和术后住院的时间均更短,其术中的出血量更少,其术后并发症的发生率更低,P <0.05。结论:对胫骨干骨折患者进行微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术可取得良好的效果,能显著减少其术中的出血量,缩短其手术的时间和术后住院的时间,降低其术后并发症的发生率。 objective:to study the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation for 30 patients with tibial shaft fractures.Methods:60 patients with tibial shaft fractures admitted to the department of orthopedics of huaiyin hospital in huaian city were selected as subjects.These patients were randomly divided into the routine group(CV group)and the minimally invasive group(MI group).Routine open reduction plate internal fixation was performed on patients in the CV group,and minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation was performed on patients in the MI group.Then the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospitalization time and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:compared with patients in CV group,patients in MI group had shorter operation time and postoperative hospitalization time,less intraoperative blood loss and lower incidence of postoperative complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation for tibial shaft fractures can achieve good results,significantly reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the duration of surgery and postoperative hospitalization,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
