对上海市嘉定区已婚女性医务人员进行妇科体检结果的分析

The gynecological examination results of married female medical staff in jiading district of Shanghai were analyzed

目的:分析对上海市嘉定区已婚女性医务人员进行妇科体检的结果。方法:选择上海市嘉定区应参加妇科体检的1115名已婚女性医务人员作为研究对象。对这1115名已婚女性医务人员参加妇科体检的情况进行回顾性研究,统计其参加妇科体检的比率和妇科疾病的发病率,观察其绝经的情况、罹患妇科疾病的情况及对其进行宫颈涂片检查、阴道镜检查及组织病理学检查的结果。结果:这1115名已婚女性医务人员参加妇科体检的比率为66.82%。在参加妇科体检的745名女性中,未绝经与绝经的女性分别有590名与155名。这745名女性妇科疾病的发病率为32.35%。其中,未绝经的女性与绝经的女性妇科疾病的发病率相比,P>0.05。在这745名女性中,罹患子宫肌瘤、慢性宫颈炎、阴道炎、卵巢囊肿及宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的女性分别有100名、81名、28名、29名与3名。对这745名女性进行宫颈涂片检查的结果显示,有30名女性的检查结果存在异常。对这745名女性进行阴道镜检查与组织病理学检查的结果显示,有2名女性存在1级CIN,有1名女性存在3级CIN。结论:上海市嘉定区已婚女性医务人员参加妇科体检的比率不高,其子宫肌瘤的发病率较高,其阴道炎的发病率较低,且该地区未绝经与绝经的已婚女性医务人员妇科疾病的发病率相近。

objective: to analyze the gynecological examination results of married female medical personnel in jiading district, Shanghai. Methods: 1115 married female medical personnel in jiading district of Shanghai were selected as subjects. A retrospective study was conducted on the participation of medical personnel of 1115 married women in gynecological physical examination, the rate of participation in gynecological physical examination and the incidence of gynecological diseases were counted, and the menopausal status, the incidence of gynecological diseases and the results of cervical smear examination, colposcopy examination and histopathological examination were observed. Results: among the 1115 married female medical personnel, the rate of gynecological physical examination was 66.82%. Among the 745 women who participated in gynecological physical examination, there were 590 women who were not menopausal and 155 women who were menopausal. The incidence of gynecological diseases among these 745 women was 32.35%. Among them, the incidence of gynecological diseases in non-menopausal women and menopausal women was P > 0.05. Of the 745 women, 100, 81, 28, 29 and 3 developed uterine fibroids, chronic cervicitis, vaginitis, ovarian cysts and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),respectively. Cervical smear results from the 745 women showed abnormalities in 30 of them. Colposcopy and histopathological examination of the 745 women revealed grade 1 CIN in 2 women and grade 3 CIN in 1 woman. Conclusion: in jiading district of Shanghai, the rate of married female medical staff participating in gynecological physical examination is not high, the incidence of uterine fibroids is high, the incidence of vaginitis is low, and the incidence of gynecological diseases is similar between pre-menopausal and post-menopausal married female medical staff.
