对进行手术治疗的颅内肿瘤患者实施人性化护理的效果探析

Analysis of the effect of humanized nursing for intracranial tumor patients undergoing surgical treatment

目的:探讨对进行手术治疗的颅内肿瘤患者实施人性化护理的效果。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年12月期间在阆中市人民医院进行手术治疗的78例颅内肿瘤患者作为研究对象。将其中2016年1月至12月期间收治的39例患者作为对照组。将其中2017年1月至12月期间收治的39例患者作为研究组。对两组患者均进行常规护理。在此基础上,对研究组患者进行人性化护理。然后观察两组患者住院期间发生不良事件的情况、焦虑自评量表(SAS)的评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分。结果:住院期间研究组患者不良事件的发生率低于对照组患者,P <0.05。护理后,研究组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论:对进行手术治疗的颅内肿瘤患者在实施常规护理的基础上实施人性化护理可降低其住院期间不良事件的发生率,减轻其不良的情绪。

objective:to explore the effect of humanistic nursing for patients with intracranial tumors undergoing surgical treatment.Methods:a total of 78 patients with intracranial tumors who underwent surgical treatment in langzhong people's hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as subjects.Among them,39 patients admitted between January and December 2016 were used as the control group.Among them,39 patients admitted between January and December 2017 were enrolled as the study group.Routine nursing was performed for both groups of patients.On this basis,the study group of patients for humane care.Then,adverse events.SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups were observed.Results:the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing can reduce the incidence of adverse events during hospitalization in patients with intracranial tumors undergoing surgical treatment and reduce their negative emotions.
