Notch信号通路对血管内皮损伤后引起血管再狭窄的作用 被引量:2

摘要 人类寿命日益延长,老龄人群不断增多,加之不健康的饮食习惯和不规律的生活方式导致血管相关疾病,心血管疾病的发病人数与日俱增,尤以冠心病患者为著[1]。大多数冠心病被诊断时已有严重的动脉损害,目前主要治疗方法包括血管成形术(PTCA)及支架置入术(PCI)等。但由于这些治疗方法会对血管内皮造成损伤,以至于发生血管再狭窄事件,故需要长期服药以预防或减少此类事件的发生,虽然对于预防血管再狭窄事件现在存在多种方案,但由于其发生率仍然很高,我们需要确定新的靶点及治疗途径。目前有研究发现,Notch信号传导通路通过对血管细胞生物活动的直接影响,参与了血管的生长与成熟[2].
