完善现代职业教育体系,加强安全类专业中高职衔接研究

我国安全类专业的职业教育中,中高职教育人才培养链条存在"断裂"现象,目前中职专业目录中没有设置安全类专业,而高职院校安全类专业起步晚,专业建设经验匮乏,发展基础总体比较薄弱。因此,创新安全类专业人才培养模式,推动安全类专业中高职衔接发展,是解决我国安全生产人才短缺的治本之策。

There is a"break"phenomenon in the chain of talent training in the middle and higher vocational education in China's professional education of safety category.At present,there is no security specialty in the professional directory of the secondary vocational school,Lack of experience in professional construction and weak base of developmen.Therefore,innovating the training mode of safety professionals and promoting the development of secondary and higher vocational education in safety specialty is a radical solution to the shortage of talents in safety production in China.
