民主党派基层组织是构成民主党派的组织基础,是民主党派直接联系成员承担各项工作的基本单位,基层组织的健康快速成长,对一个党派的发展有着极其重要的意义和作用。九三学社威宁自治县工作委员会成立三年的成长历程,揭示了在毕节这个多党合作示范区中一个国家级贫困县的民主党派基层组织,在中国共产党的领导下,在中共威宁自治县委和自治县人民政府的关心与支持下,结合当地实际,全力推行“一精准三配合五强化”工作方法,发挥了一个基层民主党派应该发挥的作用,不但切实践行了九三学社中央在“思想上坚定、履职上坚实、组织上坚强”建设要求,而且在履职尽责、社会服务、自身建设和参与决战决胜贫困等方面取得了可喜的成绩,值得类似地区民主党派基层组织参考和借鉴。

The grassroots organizations of democratic parties constitute the organizational foundation of the democratic parties and the basic units for the democratic parties to contact their members directly to undertake various tasks. The healthy and rapid growth of grassroots organizations are of great significance and functions for the development of a party. As a democratic organization in of State Poverty County, the working Committee of Jiusan Society of Weining Autonomous County has established for three years in Bijie Pilot Zone of multi-party cooperation. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the support of Weining Autonomous County Committee and government, the working Committee of Jiusan Society of Weining Autonomous County has implemented the working method of ** one precision, three coordination and five reinforcement0 combined with its local realities. The move embodies what important role the grassroots democratic parties played. The working Committee of Jiusan Society of Weining Autonomous County not only has already practiced strong thought, performance and organization according to the requirement of the Central Committee of Jiusan Society, but got gratifying achievements in fulfilling their duties, social services, selfconstruction and participation in poverty alleviation, which provide reference for grassroots organizations of democratic parties with similar situation.
