基于三电平半桥变换器的同相供电潮流控制器

摘要 近年来研究较热的同相供电可以解决电气化铁道长期存在的以负序、谐波和无功为主的电能质量问题,尤其是困扰列车速度和牵引力提升的电分相问题。为了适应牵引负荷容量大、电压高的需求,此处研究了基于三电平半桥变换器的供电潮流控制器,其主要由两个单相"背靠背"的三电平半桥变流器构成,用于传递有功、补偿无功和抑制谐波,使得牵引供电系统相对电力系统而言,是一个三相对称纯阻性负载。与传统三电平变换器相比,该控制器减少了器件数量,降低了装置成本。最后实验验证了三电平半桥潮流控制器的正确性和可行性。 In recent years, research hotter in co-phase power supply which can solve the electrified railway longstanding power quality problems predominantly including negative sequence, harmonics and reactive, especially electric phase splitting which impact ascension of the locomotive speed and traction.In order to meet high voltage and high capacity needs of the traction load , power flow controller is mainly composed of two back-to-back single-phase threelevel half-bridge converters.It mainly transfers the active power, compensates the reactive power and harmonic current simultaneously, making the traction power supply system is a three-phase symmetrical pure resistant load.Compared with the traditional three-level converter, the number of the device and the cost of the equipment are reduced. Finally the experiment verifies the correctness and feasibility of the three-level half-bridge power flow controller.
