Development of relevant evaluation criteria for juvenile idiopathic arthritis

幼年特发性关节炎(juveni leidiopathic arthritis,JIA)是儿童中常见的一种慢性风湿性疾病。JIA在诊治过程中可并发感染、巨噬细胞活化综合征、生长迟滞、关节畸形等严重并发症。如果JIA患者不能进行及时、充分的治疗,其预后明显比治疗后病情控制的患者差,甚至约三分之一的JIA患儿将患有持续性活动性疾病进入成年期。为快速评估其病情有无缓解,为及时调整治疗方案提供依据,以减少并发症发生,需要有效、可行的JIA评估标准。然而对于JIA的评估,目前国内外还没有统一的评估标准。该文将JIA相关评估标准的最新进展进行归纳总结,将JIA相关评估标准分为疗效评估和预后评估并对其进行阐述。

Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is a common chronic rheumatic disease in children.JIA can be complicated by infection, macrophage activation syndrome, growth retardation, and joint deformity during the diagnosis and treatment.If JIA patients are not given timely and adequate treatment, the prognosis is significantly worse than that of patients after treatment, and even about one-third of children with JIA will have persistent active disease into adulthood.In order to quickly assess whether there is any remission of the disease, it is necessary to provide timely basis for adjusting the treatment plan to reduce the occurrence of complications.Thus, an effective and feasible JIA assessment standard is needed.However, there is no uniform evaluation standard at home and abroad for the JIA assessment.This article summarizes the latest developments in the relevant JIA assessment standards, and discusses JIA-related assessment criteria in aspects of efficacy assessments and prognostic assessments.
