北京大兴国际机场建筑工地流动人口艾滋病相关知信行调查

Survey on knowledge, attitude and practice toward AIDS among floating population at construction site of Beijing Daxing international airport

目的了解北京大兴国际机场建筑工地流动人口艾滋病知识知晓情况,为调整艾滋病防制措施提供科学依据。方法选取承建北京大兴国际机场的6家建筑公司,开展现场问卷调查,采用描述流行病学方法分析结果。结果共收回有效问卷1 089份(96.3%,1 089/1 131),艾滋病知识知晓率为46.56%,仅有31.77%的人知晓"蚊虫叮咬不会传播艾滋病"。11.46%的男性调查对象最近一年有过商业性行为,其中坚持使用安全套的人数占48.86%。16.05%的调查对象与临时性伴有过性行为,其中坚持使用安全套的人数占23.94%。调查对象中,愿意与艾滋病感染者或病人一起工作的仅占25.34%。结论调查对象艾滋病知识知晓率比较低,对艾滋病病人或感染者存在歧视现象,其自身存在着艾滋病传播的高危行为。有针对性地对调查对象开展艾滋病防治知识的健康教育很有必要。

Objective To investigate awareness AIDS related knowledge among floating population at the construction site of Beijing Daxing international airport, so as to provide scientific basis for adaptation of prevention and control measures. Methods Six construction companies in Beijing Daxing international airport were randomly selected and a questionnaire survey was performed. The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data. Results A total of 1 089 effective questionnaires (96.3%, 1 089/1 131) were retrieved. The awareness rate of knowledge toward AIDS was 46.56%. Only 31.77% of the subjects understood the point 'HIV do not transmit by mosquito bites'. Within the previous year, 11.46% of male subjects had commercial sexual behaviors and 48.86% of them insisted on using condom;16.05% of the respondents had sexual behaviors with temporary sex partners, and 23.94% of them insisted on using condoms. Only 25.34% of the subjects accepted to work with HIV- infected persons or AIDS patients. Conclusions The awareness of knowledge toward AIDS was poor among the subjects. Discrimination against AIDS victims did exist. High risk behaviors of AIDS spreading were found in this population group. It is necessary to conduct targeted health education of AIDS related knowledge for the subjects.
