Application of next generation sequencing technology in personalized medicine of lung cancer

摘要 肺癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤,死亡率居癌症之首。肺癌与其他肿瘤一样,在肿瘤的发生发展过程中存在异质性。对异质性的全面了解才能实现真正意义上的个体化治疗,这也是精准医疗的精髓。近年来,新一代测序技术依托其高通量、多靶点分析的优势为精准医疗提供了新的重要技术手段,在肺癌的分子分型、靶向药物选择及预后判断中发挥着越来越重要的作用。 Lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the world and the leading cause of cancer-related deaths.Like other tumors,lung cancer is heterogeneous in the process of tumor development.A comprehensive understanding of heterogeneity can achieve personalized medicine in the true sense,which is the essence of precision medicine.In recent years,nextgeneration sequencing technology has provided novel and important technical means for precision medicine based on its advantages of high-throughput and multi-target analysis.It plays an increasingly important role in molecular typing,targeted drug selection and prognosis prediction of lung cancer.
