摘要
分析了导滑轮制件的结构特点,对该制件的模具制造方案进行了比较,确定了所需设计、加工的级进模全部成形工艺及工序排列的过程和排样方案。同时介绍了模具主要工作零部件及模具的总装结构设计。
By analyzing the structural characteristics of the part,compared die manufacturing schemes,determined the whole fonning process and process arrangement of the progressive die needed to be designed and processed and the layout scheme.This paper also introduced the main working parts and the assembly structure design of the die.
