对侧冲孔模具的卸料机构进行了介绍,重点对浮动式卸料机构进行了阐述,在模具设计中使用此结构可有效的保证侧冲孔废料的顺利滑落,降低模具因侧冲孔积料而导致的损坏,进而降低模具维修保养成本,同时对此类制件的模具设计有一定的参考意义。

In this paper,the unloading mechanism of side hole piercing die is introduced,with emphasis on the floating unloading mechanism.Using this structure in die design can effectively ensure the smooth sliding of side piercing waste,reduce the damage and the damage caused by side hole piercing accumulated material,and then reduce the maintenance cost of the die,also have certain reference significance to die design of this kind of parts.
