摘要
通过对前门外拉手支架的形体分析,支架上存在着φ5mm×23°和φ7.2mm×3°两个斜向型孔要素,还存在着13.8mm×23°斜向型槽要素,两斜向型孔中心线距离仅为22.6mm,两抽芯机构尺寸需要设计得非常紧凑。为了避让两斜孔抽芯发生运动干涉,支架注射模13.8mm×23°斜槽与φ5mm×23°斜孔的抽芯机构,采用了斜导柱滑块抽芯机构,斜导柱与斜滑块等宽。而φ7.2mm×3°斜孔则采用了油缸长距离抽芯机构,并且与斜导柱滑块抽芯机构保持一定距离,两者可以同时或各自进行抽芯运动而不会产生运动干涉。由于模具设计之前支架形体分析到位,模具结构方案所采取的措施又得当,制造的注射模能顺利高质量高效率进行支架的成型。
Through the analysis of the shape of the brackets on the front door,there areФ5mm×23°andФ7.2mm×3°oblique elements on the bracket,and there are 13.8mm×23°oblique elements,two the distance from the center line of the oblique hole is only 22.6mm,and the size of the two core-pulling mechanism needs to be very compact.In order to avoid the movement interference of the two inclined hole core-pulling,the core-pulling mechanism of the bracket injection mold 13.8mm×23°inclined slot and theФ5mm×23°oblique hole is adopted,the inclined guide column slider core-pulling mechanism is adopted,and the inclined guide column is equal to the slanting slide block.The long distance core-pulling mechanism of the oil cylinder is adopted for the slant hole ofФ7.2mm×3°,and keeps a certain distance from the core-pulling mechanism of the inclined guide column.In this way,the two can pull core movement simultaneously or without interference.As the shape of the support is analyzed in place before the mold design,the measures adopted in the mold structure plan are appropriate,and the injection mold can be successfully made by the high quality and high efficiency.
