摘要
以空气净化器风道为例,根据先进模具设计方法,运用MoldFlow软件对空气净化器风道进行了注射、冷却、变形分析。根据分析结果,综合应用CAD/CAE技术设计和优化模具结构,缩短了模具的开发周期,提高了塑件试模的一次性合格率,降低了开发成本。
Taking air purifier duct as an example,based on the advanced mold design method,the injection,cooling,deformation of air purifier duct was analyzed by using MoldFlow software.According to the analysis results,guide the mold design and optimize mold structure by using CAD/CAE technique,these behaviors shorten the development cycle of mold,improved the one-time pass rate of product model trial and reduced the development costs.
