摘要
以汽车转向灯支架为例,借助MoldFlow软件对其浇口的数量和位置进行模拟分析。通过3种浇口方案的填充时间、最大注射压力、熔接痕、气穴进行分析比较,最终确定了最佳浇口设计方案,从而提高了塑件质量,缩短模具研发周期,减少修模次数,降低生产成本。
Taking the automobile steering lamp support as an example,this paper simulates and analyses the number and position of gate with MoldFlow software.Through the analysis and comparison of filling time,maximum injection pressure,weld mark and cavitation of three gate schemes,the optimum gate design scheme is finally determined,which improves the quality of injection molding products,shortens the development cycle of mold,reduces the times of molding and production costs.
