摘要
三维扫描仪采用非接触的测量方式获取三维数据并广泛应用于船舶设计、军事分析、模具制造等诸多领域。壳体是三维扫描仪中的关键零部件之一,通过分析壳体的结构特点,首先提出基准转换的加工工艺方案,并给出测量结果。结果表明,采用此方案加工的壳体未能达到精度要求。通过分析超差的原因,进而提出预留夹头的加工工艺方案,由测量结果可知,采用此方案能够加工出满足设计要求的壳体。
The 3-d scanner uses non-contact measuring method to obtain the 3-d data.It is used proverbially in ship design and military analysis and die&mold manufacturing and so on.The shell is a key part of 3-d scanner.The structure of shell is analyzed.The process scheme of datum transformation is presented.The result is listed.It shows that the requirement is not satisfied using this method.The reason of inconformity is analyzed.Then another process scheme of persisting tong hold is presented.It shows that the shell meeting the design requirements is processed using this method.
