摘要 采用金相分析的方法,并结合钢锭的共晶碳化物分析,对Cr12Mo1V1锻制扁钢相当于钢锭头部、中部、尾部不同部位的边部、1/4处和心部的共晶碳化物进行了研究。结果表明:Cr12Mo1V1锻制扁钢的共晶碳化物呈网状,边部为细小拉长网状,1/4处和心部为鱼骨形堆积的粗大拉长网状,且鱼骨形堆积心部重于1/4处。而且,锻制扁钢的共晶碳化物呈不均匀性,沿横向方向,从边部、1/4处至心部不均匀性逐渐加重,沿纵向方向,1/4处和心部的不均匀性从头部、中部至尾部逐渐减轻,边部的不均匀性则相反,从头部、中部至尾部逐渐加重。 The eutectic carbide at the edge,1/4 and the center of the cross section for forged flat steel of Cr12Mo1V1 equivalent to the top,the middle and the bottom of the ingot has been studied by using metallographic analysis combined with eutectic carbide analysis of ingots.The results show that the eutectic carbide of forged flat steel Cr12Mo1V1 is formed as reticulation which is fine and elongated at the edge.But it,accumulated by fishbone-shaped,shows coarse and elongated at 1/4 and the center of the steel.Furthermore,the eutectic carbide of forged flat steel is non-uniform.In the transverse direction,the non-uniformity from the edge,1/4 to the core is increasing while,in the longitudinal direction,the non-uniformity at 1/4 and center of the steel is increasing from edge,1/4 to center along the transverse direction,and that in 1/4 and center is gradually reducing from top,middle to bottom along the longitudinal direction,while the non-uniformity at edge is gradually increasing from top,middle to bottom.
