摘要 跨膜6超家族成员2(TM6SF2)是近些年来被发现的一个基因,该基因定位于第19号染色体上(19p12),编码由351个氨基酸构成的蛋白。目前有很多研究报道TM6SF2 rs58542926的单核苷酸多态性与血脂、非酒精性脂肪肝、心血管病、肝癌、丙型肝炎等疾病的发病、发展都有密切的关系,现就这些方面的研究进展进行综述。 Transmembrane 6 superfamily member 2(TM6SF2)is a recently discovered gene,which is located on the chromosome 19(19p12)and encodes a protein consisting of 351 amino acids.Presently,many studies have reported that the single-nucleotide polymorphism of TM6SF2 rs58542926 and plasma lipids are closely related to the incidence and development of diseases,such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),cardiovascular disease(CVD),liver cancer,and hepatitis C.This review will summarize the research progress conducted in these areas.
