动态高频超声对闭合性肌腱损伤诊断及修复的评价

摘要 目的:探讨动态高频超声对闭合性肌腱损伤诊断及术后修复评估的价值。方法:选取39例疑诊为肌腱损伤患者进行超声检查,术前判断肌腱损伤程度、位置。术后定期复查肌腱修复情况,根据肌腱吻合处滑动度及超声特点,将肌腱黏连程度分为3级:轻度、中度、重度。结果:39例患者中超声诊断肌腱完全断裂30例,不完全断裂9例。术中所见与超声诊断结果符合率100%。术后超声定期复查,轻度黏连19例,中度黏连6例,重度黏连2例。结论:动态高频超声对闭合性肌腱损伤有重要诊断价值,可动态观察术后肌腱愈合情况,鉴别黏连程度,为临床医师进一步治疗提供影像学依据。 Objective:To study the hing - frequency ultrasound in the assessment of tendon injury diagnosis and repairs.Mothods:Thirty nine cases of suspected tendon tears were examined by hing frequency ultrasound.Degree and location of tendon tears were diagnosis before surgery.Tendon tear postoperatively repair were observed.Results:Thirty cases were diagnosed of complete tendon tears and nine cases were diagnosed of uncomplete tendon tears by ultrasound.The intraoperative findings were consistent with ultrasound diagnosis.After surgery 39 cases were followerd up by ultrasound regularly.According to the sliding range of suture and the ultrasonic characteristics,the adhesion degree of tendons were divided into three grades:low grades 19 cases,middle grade 6 cases and high grade 2 cases.Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound has important diagnosis value in tendon rupture.It can be helpful in dynamic observation of tendon healing,and can afford an accurate basis for the clinical treatment.
