摘要
以衢宁铁路(福建段)芳源隧道洞口DK253+975~DK254+130段为研究背景,研究采用袖阀管二次超细水泥浆注浆方案解决地表注浆质量问题,同时洞身采用优化的六步CD法解决CRD法施工工艺存在的缺陷,通过两种施工工艺的组合,确保了地表注浆加固效果,在提升施工效率的同时,有效抑制了洞身变形下沉,实现芳源隧道安全顺利高效穿越地表浅埋段,为今后类似工程的修建提供了较好的参考价值。
Taking the DK253+975-DK254+130 section of the Fangyuan Tunnel in the Suining Railway(Fujian Section)as the research background,the problem of surface grouting quality was solved by using the double-fine cement slurry grouting scheme of the sleeve valve,and the hole was optimized.The six-step CD method solves the defects in the construction process of the CRD method.Through the combination of the two construction techniques,the effect of surface grouting reinforcement is ensured,and while the construction efficiency is improved,the deformation and sinking of the tunnel body is effectively suppressed,and the Fangyuan tunnel is realized.It is safe,smooth and efficient to cross the shallow buried section of the surface,which provides a good reference value for the construction of similar projects in the future.
