摘要
EPC总承包项目是当前比较常见的一种项目建设模式,其主要就是指总承包商负责工程项目的设计、采购、施工等各个阶段,总承包商面临的压力比较大,责任相对也比较繁杂,如此也就更加需要切实围绕着相关管理工作不断优化,合同管理作为其中比较重要的一环,更是需要予以高度重视。因此就重点围绕着EPC总承包项目中的合同管理工作进行了简要分析论述,希望具备理想参考借鉴作用。
