摘要 选用不同类型引气剂(醚类引气剂和松香类引气剂),研究不同类型引气剂对海工混凝土工作性能(坍落度及经时损失、含气量及经时损失)、力学性能(28 d抗压强度)及耐久性能(抗冻融性能)的影响。研究表明,在一定范围内,随着引气剂掺量的增加,海工混凝土含气量随之增大,含气量损失也逐渐增大;掺醚类引气剂混凝土的出机状态优于掺松香类引气剂混凝土,二者坍落度经时损失基本一致;掺醚类引气剂混凝土28 d抗压强度略高于掺松香类引气剂混凝土;掺醚类引气剂和松香类引气剂海工混凝土的抗冻融效果无明显差异。 Different types of air entraining agents(ether air entraining agent and rosin type air entraining agent)were used to study the effect of different types of air entraining agent on the working performance of sea working concrete(slump,time loss,gas content and time loss),mechanical properties(28d compressive strength)and durability(anti freezing and thawing properties).The results show that in a certain range,with the increase of the amount of air entraining agent,the gas content of the marine concrete increases and the loss of gas content increases gradually;the out of machine state of the concrete admixture with ether is better than that of the concrete mixed with the rosin type air entraining agent.The slump loss of the two is basically the same;the concrete mixed with the ether air entraining agent is 28d compression.The strength is slightly higher than that of the air entraining agent mixed with rosin.There is no significant difference in the frost resistance between the ether mixed air entraining agent and the rosin air entraining agent.
