摘要
装配式钢结构住宅在空间布置上具有灵活性与集成性的特点,钢结构住宅功能更加便捷化,不仅起到了绿色环保的节能效果,还能实现钢结构住宅建设的工业化、产业化与集成化。因此通过项目实例从"SI"分离工法、钢管混凝土异形柱框架支撑体系、对装配式钢结构住宅体系、围护结构体系4个方面,对在实际项目中的应用情况进行讨论和总结,以期为类似项目的设计和应用提供参考。
The assembled steel structure residence has the characteristics of flexibility and integration in spatial layout,and the function of the steel structure residence is more convenient,which not only has the effect of green and environmental protection,but also can realize the industrialization,industrialization and integration of the steel structure residence construction.This paper discusses and summarizes the application of SI separation method,concrete filled steel tubular special-shaped column frame supporting system,assembled steel structure residential system and envelope structure system in practical projects,in order to provide reference for the design and application of similar projects.
