盾构空推过矿山法隧道施工技术及质量控制探究

Study on Construction Technology and Quality Control of Shield Tunneling Through Empty Mining Method

隧道施工难度及风险大,对施工质量的要求较高。采用盾构法施工,效果较好。故简要介绍了某隧道工程的水文、地质条件等基本情况,重点从施工准备、盾构到达、隧道工程以及盾构接收4方面,阐述了施工技术的应用方法。并在总结工程常见病害的基础上,提出了相应的质量控制方案。通过对质量控制效果的观察,证实了各项施工技术的应用价值。

Tunnel construction is difficult and risky,and requires high quality of construction.The shield construction method is effective.Briefly introduces the hydrological and geological conditions of a tunnel project,and expounds the application method of construction technology from four aspects:construction preparation,shield arrival,tunnel cngineering and shield reception.On the basis of summarizing the common diseases of the project,the corresponding quality control plan is put forward.Through the observation of the quality control effect,the application value of various construction technologies is confirmed.
