摘要
近年来,随着我国高铁建设的迅猛发展,许多先进的施工生产技术和管理经验被广泛应用,隧道工程整体施工质量得到很大提升。但隧道二衬施工缝的质量缺陷仍然未能彻底解决,尤其是在施工过程中二衬拱墙施工缝处拱墙开裂后凿除形成的宽缝处理质量,直接关系到后期运营和维护中的安全问题,安全隐患极大。结合铁路长大隧道施工阶段二衬宽缝形成原因分析,并通过吊模灌注新技术的现场试验和应用效果阐述,可满足设计和验收要求,可为以后工程施工提供借鉴和研究。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China's high-speed rail construction,many advanced construction and production technologies and management experience have been widely applied,and the overall construction quality of tunnel projects has been greatly improved.However,the quality defects of the tunnel second lining construction joints have not been completely solved,especially in the construction process,the quality of the wide seam treatment formed by the cracking of the arch wall after the construction of the second lining arch wall is directly related to the later operation and maintenance.Security issues,security risks are enormous.Combined with the analysis of the reasons for the formation of the second lining wide seam in the construction period of the railway long tunnel,and through the field test and application effect of the new technology of hoisting perfusion,it can meet the design and acceptance requirements,and can provide reference and research for future construction.
