腹腔镜右半结肠切除术与开腹手术治疗结肠癌的疗效比较

Laparoscopic Right Hemicolectomy and Laparotomy in the Surgical Treatment of Colonic Carcinoma:Effect Comparison

为观察分析腹腔镜右半结肠切除术与开腹手术治疗结肠癌的临床效果,将62例结肠癌患者按随机数字法分为研究组(实施腹腔镜右半结肠切除术治疗)和对照组(实施开腹手术治疗),各31例,观察比较2组术中出血量、手术时间、术后排气时间、平均住院时间以及并发症发生情况。结果显示,2组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组术中出血量显著少于对照组,术后排气时间及平均住院时间均显著短于对照组,术后并发症总发生率(6.45%),显著低于对照组(25.81%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,对结肠癌患者实施腹腔镜右半结肠切除术,可明显减少术中出血量,加速术后排气,降低并发症发生率,有利于病情恢复,减少住院时间。

To observe and analyse the clinical effect of colonic carcinoma surgically treated with laparoscopic right hemicolectomy and with laparotomy,62 cases of this carcinoma were randomly divided into research group (n=31,laparoscopic right hemicolectomy) and control one( n=31,laparotomy),then both groups intraoperative bleeding volume,operative time,the time for postoperative crepitus,averaged hospitalization time and complication were observed and compared each other.As results,in operative time there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);but in intraoperative bleeding volume,in the time for postoperative crepitus and in hospitalization time,as well as in total incidence of complication,research group was respectively less,shorter,as well as lower(6.45% vs 25.81%) than control group,significantly(P<0.05 ,all).Results show that for colonic carcinoma laparoscopic right hemicolectomy can significantly reduce intraoperative bleeding volume,accelerate postoperative crepitus,decline complication incidence,thus is helpful condition recovery,decreases hospitalization time.
