药剂师在痔患者临床合理用药中的干预效果分析

Efficacy Analysis of Druggist Intervening Clinical Rational Medication on Hemorrhoids Patients

为探讨药剂师干预对痔患者临床合理用药情况的影响,选取2015年1月至2018年3月于我院就诊的痔患者200例,随机均分为观察组与对照组,每组各100例。对照组予以对症治疗,观察组在此基础上予以药剂师干预。对比2组患者的用药合理性、临床疗效、治疗时间、治疗费用、不良反应及复发率。结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组在治疗时间、治疗费用、不良反应及复发率方面显著少于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者的不合理用药率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,药剂师干预能够减少痔患者的临床不合理用药,提高治疗效果,缩短治疗时间,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。

To investigate the efficacy of druggist interventing clinical rational medication of hemorrhoids,200 cases treated in author's hospital(2015-01-2018-03) were randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 cases for each,which the latter received symptomatic medication,meanwhile the former was also added druggist intervening;then both groups' following issues such as medication rationality,clinical effect,treatment time,medical cost,untoward reaction and recurrence rate,etc were compared.As results,in total effective rate,and in irrational medication ratio observation group was significantly higher and lower than control group(all,P<0.05),but in above rest issues,significantly less than the latter( P<0.05).Results show that druggist intervening medication of hemorrhoids can reduce irrational ratio,enhance therapeutic effect,shorten treatment duration,decline recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
