吸烟对肥胖患者血栓弹力图的影响

The Effect of Smoking on Thromboelastogram in Obese Patients

目的了解吸烟对男性肥胖患者血栓弹力图的影响.方法选择2012年12月—2017年12月接受减重手术的男性肥胖患者110例为研究对象.分别于术前1 d清晨空腹抽取血标本,测定血栓弹力图.根据是否吸烟,将患者分为吸烟组和非吸烟组,比较两组患者的R、K、Angle、MA.结果110例肥胖患者中共89例符合入组标准,非吸烟者51例,吸烟者38例.吸烟组患者的R值[(5.61±1.69)min vs(6.96±2.34)min]、K值[(2.26±1.94)min vs(3.19±2.07)min]较非吸烟组均缩短(P<0.05),Angle值[(69.92±6.10)°vs(64.33±8.69)°]、MA值[(58.26±10.28)mm vs(52.36±13.07)mm]较非吸烟组均增大(P<0.05).结论与非吸烟组比较,吸烟组的肥胖症患者的血液更加高凝.

Objective To investigate the effects of smoking on thromboelastogram in obese male patients.Methods 110 obese male patients who underwent weight-loss surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from December 2012 to December 2017 were selected as subjects.Blood samples were taken on an empty stomach one morning before the operation.Patients were divided into smoking group and non-smoking group according to whether they smoked,and R,K,Angle,MA was compared between the two groups.Results Among the 110 obese patients,a total of 89 met the inclusion criteria,including 51 non-smokers,38 smokers,the non-smoking group:R(6.96±2.34)min,K(3.19±2.07)min,Angle(64.33±8.69)deg,MA(52.36±13.07)mm;and the smoking group:R(5.61±1.69)min,K(2.26±1.94)min,Angle(69.92±6.10)deg,MA(58.26±10.28)mm.There were statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Obese people in the smoking group have higher blood coagulation condition than those in the non-smoking group.
