妊娠糖尿病患者妊娠早期生化指标与妊娠晚期血糖变化的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨妊娠早期常规生化检验指标与妊娠晚期血糖变化的相关性.方法:选取在我院进行产检并分娩的妊娠期糖尿病患者150例,并选取同期150名健康的孕产妇作为正常对照组,研究孕早期生化指标和孕晚期血糖变化的相关性.结果:在GDM组中腺苷酸脱氨酶(ADA)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)呈负相关;谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、天冬氨酸同工酶(ASTm)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、白蛋白(ALB)、胱抑素C (CYS-C)和糖耐量试验(OGTT)中的1小时血糖GLU1呈负相关;白蛋白(ALB)和糖耐量试验(OGTT)中的2小时血糖GLU2呈负相关.结论:妊娠糖尿病患者早期生化指标和孕晚期血糖的变化有一定的相关性,分析孕早期的生化指标,对防止孕晚期GDM的发生和发展有一定的价值. Objective: To explore the correlation of biomarkers in?first trimester and serum glucose level in third trimester. Methods:150 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and 150 pregnant healthy women as control were enrolled in the study. Results: In GDM group, adenylic deaminase (ADA) in first trimester was negatively correlated with Hemoglobin A1C (HbA1c) in third trimester. Alanine Transaminase (ALT), Aspartate aminotransferase (AST)、 mitochondrial-glutamicoxalacetic transaminase (ASTm)、 total bile acid (TBA)、 albumin (ALB) and CystatinC (CYS-C) showed negative correlation to serum glucose in the first hour for OGTT screening. And there was a negative correlation between ALB and the serum glucose in the second hour for OGTT. Conclusion: Several biomarkers in the first trimester were correlated to serum glucose in the third trimester. The results indicate that it is worth monitoring serum biomarkers to prevent occurrence.
