摘要
采用聚合物裂解法制备锂离子电池富锂正极材料Li2MnO3·Li(CoMnNi)1/3O2。用XRD、SEM、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和红外光谱(IR)等实验对产物的结构与表面形貌进行分析;用循环伏安、充放电测试等方法研究产物作为锂离子电池正极材料的电化学性能。产物具有良好丝循环稳定性和倍率性能,以0.2C在2.0~4.5V充放电,首次充、放电比容量分别为280mAh/g和230mAh/g,第500次循环的充、放电比容量均保持在225mAh/g左右。
Lithium-rich cathode material Li2MnO3·Li(CoMnNi)1/3O2 was prepared by polymer pyrolysis method. XRD, SEM, transmission electron microscope (TEM) and infrared spectrometer(IR) experiments were used to analysis the structure and surface morphology of the product. The electrochemical performance of the product as Li-ion battery cathode material was studied through cyclic voltammetry and charge-discharge tests. The product had good cycle stability and rate capability. When charged-discharged with 0.2 C in 2.0 - 4.5 V, the initial specific charge and discharge capacity was 280 mAh/g and 230 mAh/g, respectively, the specific charge and discharge capacity al the 500th cycle was both retained around 225 mAh/g.
