摘要
目的探讨门诊护士对老年患者服务需求的认知现状及影响因素.方法采用自拟问卷对某市10家三级甲等医院内、外科门诊306名护士进行调查分析.结果门诊护士对老年患者服务需求认知处于较高水平,其中总体得分(20.01±3.98)分,门诊服务需求认知维度(9.00±1.55)分,延伸服务需求认知维度(5.50±1.59)分,自我价值认知维度(6.00±1.67)分,延伸服务需求认知维度评分较低;不同性别、聘用形式、文化程度、工龄和门诊工作时间对老年患者服务需求认知评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、工龄和门诊工作时间是影响门诊护士对老年患者服务需求认知水平的因素.结论门诊护士对老年患者服务需求认知水平较高,但在延伸护理服务认知方面不足,临床管理者应根据门诊护士的年龄、文化程度、工龄和门诊工作时间等特点针对性地开展培训,注重老年护理专业人才的培养,构建老年护理门诊服务体系,提高老年患者的就诊体验和满意度.
Objective To explore the cognition status and influencing factors of outpatient nurses perceptions of service needs for elderly patients.Methods 306 outpatient professional nurses were recruited from 10 grade A tertiary hospitals in a certain city and self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the cognition levels of these nurses.Results Outpatient nurses had higher cognition levels of service needs of elderly patients,the overall score(20.01±3.98),the outpatient service demand cognitive dimension(9.00±1.55),the extended service demand cognitive dimension(5.50±1.59),the self-worth cognitivedimension(6.00±1.67),the extended service demand cognitive dimension score was lower.There were significant differences in the cognitive scores of service needs of elderly patients with different genders,employment forms,education levels,length of service and outpatient service time(P<0.05 or 0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,education level,length of service and outpatient work time were factors that affected the cognition level of outpatient nurses service needs for elderly patients.Conclusion Outpatient nurses have a higher level of cognition of service needs of elderly patients,but lack of awareness of extended care services.Clinical managers should conduct targeted training according to the age,education level,length of service and outpatient service time of outpatient nurses,pay attention to the cultivation of senior nursing professionals,build an aged care outpatient service system,and improve the experience and satisfaction of elderly patients.
