区级医院-社区-家庭一体化治疗与护理方案对严重精神障碍患者生活质量的影响

Effect of district hospital community family integration therapy and nursing program on the quality of life of patients with severe mental disorders

目的探讨医院-社区-家庭一体化治疗与护理管理对严重精神障碍患者生命质量的影响.方法将佛山市禅城区临床搜集的200例社区重性精神障碍患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组100例,对照组采取常规治疗及护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予医院-社区-家庭一体化治疗和护理干预,观察1a.一体化防治护理干预1a后统计比较两组防治效果,包括监护率、家庭参与率、病情好转率、肇事肇祸率、服药依从性;于干预前后采用临床总体印象-疾病严重程度量表评定疾病严重程度,采用生活质量综合评定问卷评定生活质量.结果一体化防治护理干预1a后,观察组监护率、家庭参与率、病情好转率、服药依从率显著高于对照组,肇事肇祸率显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组临床总体印象-疾病严重程度量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),生活质量综合评定问卷心理健康、躯体健康、物质生活、社会功能维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01).结论医院-社区健康服务中心-家庭一体化治疗与护理管理可以显著提高严重精神障碍患者的防治效果,全面提高其生活质量.

Objective To explore the effect of hospital community family integration therapy and nursing program on the quality of life of patients with severe mental disorders.Methods 200 cases of severe psychiatric patients in Chancheng District Foshan City were randomly divided into two groups,each of 100 cases,the control group received routine treatment and nursing intervention,the observation group was given hospital community family integration therapy and nursing intervention,patients were observed for 1 a.Compare the control effects of the two groups after 1 a of integrated prevention and treatment nursing,including guardianship rate,family participation rate,disease improvement rate,accident rate,medication compliance.Before and after intervention,the severity of the disease was assessed using CGI-S and quality of life was assessed using GQO-LI-74.Results 1 a after integrated prevention and treatment intervention,the monitoring rate,family participation rate,disease improvement rate,medication compliance rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the accident rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The CGI-S score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The mental health,physical health,material life and social function dimension scores of GQO-LI-74 were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The hospital community health service center family integrated treatment and nursing management can significantly improve the prevention and treatment effect of patients with severe mental disorders and improve their quality of life.
