分子靶向药物治疗非小细胞肺癌所致皮疹患者细节护理效果评价

Evaluation of detailed nursing effect of molecular targeted drugs in the treatment of rash caused by non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨分子靶向药物治疗非小细胞肺癌所致皮疹患者细节护理干预效果.方法将48例口服分子靶向药物所致皮疹的非小细胞肺癌患者依据入院时间分为两组,每组24例.对照组予以常规护理干预,实验组在对照组基础上予以细节护理干预.于干预前后采用汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表、简明健康状况调查量表评定患者的焦虑、抑郁程度及生活质量;干预后比较两组皮疹康复情况、护理满意度.结果细节护理干预后实验组汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),简明健康状况调查量表评分、皮疹恢复优良率及护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01).结论对分子靶向药物治疗非小细胞肺癌所致皮疹患者予以细节护理干预效果显著,能有效促进皮疹恢复,改善负性情绪,提高生活质量及护理满意度.

Objective To investigate the detailed nursing effect of molecular targeted drugs in the treatment of rash caused by non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 48 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients with rash induced by oral molecular targeted agents were divided into groups according to the time of admission,24 cases in each.In the control group,the routine nursing intervention was performed.The experimental group was treated with the detailed nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.HAMA,HAMD,and SF-36 were used to assess the anxiety,depression,and quality of life of the patients before and after the intervention.After the intervention,the rehabilitation of the rash and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the detailed nursing intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The SF-36 score,rash recovery rate and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The detailed nursing intervention on rash caused by the oral molecular targeted agents in patients with non-small cell lung cancer is effective,which can effectively promote the recovery of rash,improve negative emotions,improve quality of life and satisfaction of nursing.
