甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿难治性支原体肺炎临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Methyprednisolone Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

目的探讨甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿难治性支原体肺炎临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2015年6月2016年12月大连市儿童医院收治的86例难治性支原体肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组应用常规方案治疗,观察组在常规方案基础上联合应用糖皮质激素甲泼尼龙,分析并比较两种治疗方案的临床疗效,统卄两组患儿治疗后主要临床症状和体征的改善情况及两组患儿用药不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组主要症状恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿用药不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿难治性支原体肺炎,临床疗效显著,具有较好临床应用价值。

Objective To investigatc the clinical efficacy and safety analysis of methyprednisolone combined with azithromycin in the treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods From June 2015 to December 2016,a total of 86 childrcn with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases).The control group was treated with routine regimen,while the observation group was treated with glucocorticoid methylprednisolone on the basis of routine regimen.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed,and the improvement of the main clinical symptoms,clinical signs and adverse reaction betwccn the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of the main symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difterence in the adverse drug rcaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The methyprednisolone combined with azithromycin has a significant clinical cfleet in the treatment of children refractory mycoplasma pneumonia and has good clinical value.
