Research on the Whole Process of Architectural Engineering Based on Architect Responsibility System——Xiongan Design Center Renovation Project

以雄安设计中心项目为例,论述由设计牵头的工程总承包制在旧车间做办公用房改造项目如何实施落地。从最初项目策划、可行性研究、设计方案、深化设计、经济测算、施工图设计、招标采购、施工建设,直到项目竣工验收,全过程以工程总承包的模式推动进程。针对该类型项目打造专属设计策略,包括设计理念、方法、材料的运用及新技术的应用。

Taking the Xiongan Design Center project as an example, this paper discusses how the design-led general contracting system is implemented in the renovation project from an old workshop into the office building. From the initial project planning, feasibility study, design scheme, deepening design, economic calculation, construction drawing design, bidding and procurement, construction completion until the final acceptance of the project, the whole process is promoted by the mode of general contracting. An exclusive design strategy for this type of project is created, including design concept, method, materials and application of new technology.
