Construction Practice of Beijing Sponge City Pilot Area

北京为第二批国家海绵城市试点,试点区位于通州区,是北京城市副中心核心地带,面积19.36平方公里。按照"三最一突出"要求,结合试点区存在的问题及建设目标,重点围绕着体制机制、过程管控和技术支撑等关键环节开展探索实践,通过涵盖源头、过程和末端的海绵城市建设工作,原有问题得以解决,百姓获得感得到提升,海绵理念深入人心。

Beijing is one of the second batch of national Sponge City Pilot Projects. The pilot area is in Tongzhou District, which is the core area of Subsidiary center of Beijing, covering an area of 19.36 square kilometers. According to the "Three Most and One Prominent" requirements, combined with the existing problems and construction objectives of the pilot area, we focus on exploring and practicing the key points such as institutional mecha nism, process control and technical support. The constructio n of Sponge City spa ns from the source, the process to the end use, which has solved the original problems, enhanced people's sense of achievement, and the concept of sponge become widely accepted.
