摘要
同型半胱氨酸是蛋氨酸的代谢产物,已被众多研究证明与多系统疾病密切相关,在儿科疾病中,同型半胱氨酸血症近年来得到越来越多的重视。高同型半胱氨酸血症与儿童心血管系统、风湿免疫系统、泌尿系统、神经系统、血液系统、消化系统中的一些疾病密切相关,且其早期检测对儿童一些疾病的诊断、治疗、预防方面均有重要帮助。通过总结同型半胱氨酸的代谢机制及其与儿童各系统疾病的关系,探讨同型半胱氨酸血症在儿科疾病中的诊断价值。
Homocysteine is a metabolite of methionine, which has been proved to be associated with multiple systemic diseases.In pediatric diseases, homocysteinemia has been paid more and more attention in recent years.Hyperhomocysteinemia is associated with some diseases of cardiovascular system, rheumatoid immune system, urinary system, nervous system, blood system, digestive system in children.And early measurement of homocysteinemia plays an important role in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of some diseases in children.Through sunmmarizing the metachanism of homocysteine and its relationship with multiple systemic diseases in children, we investigate the clinical value of homocysteine in children.
