摘要
通过3种影响因素:高低温、不同级配及不同聚酯纤维掺量,对沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料(SMA)与钢板粘结剪切强度进行试验,研究了SMA与钢板粘结强度的变化。结果表明,在低温时(-10~10℃),随着温度升高,SMA粘结剪切强度提高,在高温(≥40℃),随着温度升高,SMA粘结剪切强度迅速下降;随着SMA中集料尺寸变小,SMA粘结剪切强度提高;掺加聚酯纤维的SMA比普通SMA的粘结剪切强度在常温和低温下有显著提高,但聚酯纤维掺量为0.2%和0.3%时SMA的粘结剪切强度相差不大。
Through the bond shear strength test between Stone Mastic Asphalt(SMA) and the steel plate with the three influencing factors:SMA high and low temperature,different grading and different polyester fiber content,change law of the bond strength between SMA and steel plate is studied. The results show that at low temperature(-10~10 ℃),the bond shear strength of SMA increases with the increase of temperature. At high temperature(≥40 ℃),the bond shear strength of SMA decreases rapidly with the increase of temperature. As the aggregate size of SMA becomes smaller,the SMA bond shear strength increases;the bond shear strength of SMA blended with polyester fiber is significantly higher than that of ordinary SMA at normal temperature and low temperature. However,the addition of 0.2% and 0.3% polyester fibers had little effect on the bond shear strength of SMA.
