摘要
针对我国高炉出现的开炉后不久炉缸炭砖温度升高、炉缸烧穿事故频繁、铜冷却壁寿命不长等状况,指出了新建和大修高炉中存在的一些共性问题。认为生产一线的炼铁工作者,不能只注重操作,也应关注高炉的设计建设。炼铁生产企业是创新的主体,要优化和选择好高炉设计建设,减少高炉先天不足,努力建设出一批经得起考验的高效长寿现代化高炉,组建出中国长寿高炉的"标准"炉型。
Some common problems in the new and revamped BE are introduced facing abnormal temperature rise of BF carbon brick soon after blow-on, frequent breakout accidents of the hearth, and short service life of the copper cooling staves in China I BEs. It is believed that BF ironmaking operator should involve in furnace design also other than just taking care of furnace opeiation , because optimization tind reasonable selection of BF design can prevent some disadvantages from the beginning iind conducive to building a number of durable high -efficiency and long-life state of the art BFs that stand for China's " standar"long campaign BFs.
