宝钢高炉的清洁生产及展望

摘要 宝钢高炉清洁生产的主要理念是:清洁的原料与能源、清洁的生产过程、清洁的产品,以及贯穿于全过程的清洁生产控制。近年来,通过采取不断降低污染物排放、多途径拓展固废消纳、控制有害元素入炉、优化能源资源的利用及实现高炉低燃料比生产等措施,高炉区域颗粒物及污染物排放浓度、总量均有明显下降。高炉热风炉烟囱CEMS在线监测系统上线后,高炉区域SO_2和NO_X的排放量也纳入管控,2016-2018年3号高炉SO_2和NO_X分别为62.2 mg/m^3和86.9 mg/m^3。 The main concept of Baosteel7s BF clean production is represented by clean raw materials and energy, clean pro-duction process and clean products, as well as clean production control in the whole BF ironmaking process. Constant efforts made over the past few years in minimization of pollutant emissions, multi-channel recycling of solid waste, control of harm-ful elements charged to the furnace, optimization of energy resource utilization and the realization of low-fuel rate production result in considerable reduction of total emission of particulates and pollutants from the blast furnace area. With commissio-ning of CEMS online monitoring system for BF and hot stove chimney, SO2 and NOX emission in the blast furnace area also get monitored and controlled, and their emission No. 3 BF is found 62. 2mg/m^3 and 86. 9 mg/m^3 respectively from 2016 to 2018.
