摘要
对马钢4号高炉实现长周期稳定顺行、提高煤比的生产实践进行了总结。在建立高炉合适操作制度、实现长周期稳定顺行的基础上,进一步采取多种措施,如优化入炉原燃料结构、稳定煤气流分布、保持相对较高的煤粉利用率、加大炉型管理力度等提升了煤比。2017年7月以后,4号高炉稳定顺行,煤比持续呈稳定的上升势头,由7月的126kg/t提升至12月的160kg/t,利用系数也由7月的2.30提升至12月的2.48。
The paper summarizes the experience achieved in Masteel zs No. 4 BF which remains long-term stable and smooth running under higher coal rate, In addition to establishing appropriate BF operating system for achieving long-term stable and smooth running, the experience also lies on some other effective measures, such as optimizing the structure of charged raw material and fuel, stabilizing the gas flow distribution, maintaining higher utilization rate of pulverized coal, and strengthe-ning of furnace profile management. Thanks to the said experience, No. 4 BF, after July 2017, keeps stable running, its coal rate steps up steadily from 126kg/t in July to 160kg/t in December and its productivity increases from 2. 30 in July to 2. 48 in December.
