Effect of in-situ mineralization technology on oligomers in polyester dyeing process

摘要 针对涤纶高温高压染色过程中低聚物的溶出和沾污问题,采用原位矿化技术对涤纶织物进行染色。通过萃取-分光光度法及扫描电镜表征织物表面低聚物含量,同时对不同工艺染色后织物色差及色牢度进行测试分析。结果表明:原位矿化技术可以有效减少涤纶染色后迁移至纤维表面的低聚物,且染品色泽及各项色牢度与传统工艺相当。 To solve the problems of dissolution and contamination oligomers during high temperature and high pressure dyeing of polyester, the in-situ mineralization dyeing technology is used to dye polyester fabric, and the content of oligomers on the fabric surface is characterized by extraction-spectrophotometry and scanning electron microscopy. The color difference and color fastness of the dyeings in different processes are tested and analyzed. The results show that the in-situ mineralization technology can effectively reduce the oligomers that migrate to the surface of the fiber during dyeing process, and the shade and color fastness of the dyed products are comparable to that of the traditional dyeing process with some indexes even superior to those of the traditional ones.
