摘要
将柠檬醛香精作为芯材,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体作为壁材,并在微胶囊制备过程中加入荧光材料,通过乳液聚合法制备具有荧光效果的香精微胶囊,通过印花工艺将香精微胶囊整理到棉织物表面。采用扫描电子显微镜、激光粒度仪、热重分析仪和气相色谱仪对荧光香精微胶囊的表观形貌、结构以及缓释性能进行表征。结果表明,当芯壁比为2∶1时,微胶囊的成球效果好、粒径分布均匀、缓释性能良好。经荧光香精微胶囊整理的棉织物具有良好的留香效果和荧光效果。
The citral flavor is used as the core material, the hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) trimer is used as the wall material, and the fluorescent material is added during the preparation of the microcapsule. The fluorescent microcapsule is prepared by the emulsion polymerization method. The capsules are finished onto the surface of the cotton fabric by printing process. The apparent morphology and sustained release properties of the fluorescent microcapsules are analyzed by SEM, laser particle size anazyler, TGA and GC. The results show that when core-wall ratio is 2∶1, the microcapsules have good morphology, uniform particle size distribution and good sustained release performance. The cotton fabrics finished by the fluorescent microcapsules have good fragrance retention effect and fluorescence effect.
