Interpretation of Chinese guidelines for the management of hypertension ( 2018 revised edition )

中国高血压防治指南(2018年修订版)于2019年发布。新指南首次采用国际惯例,进行了推荐强度分级(从Ⅰ级到Ⅲ级)和证据分级(从A级到D级)。基于国内外最新研究结果进行了更新,尤其是关于上臂式自动血压计的使用、危险因素评估、危险分层评价、起始药物治疗剂量都做了新的推荐。本文就新版指南的相关内容进行解读。

Chinese guidelines for management of hypertension (2018 revised edition) was released in 2019. For the first time, the new guidelines* recommendations, being consistent with international guidelines, were graded according to the class of recommendations (from I to ID ) and level of evidence (from A to D). And based on the latest domestic and international research results, the updated guidelines give new recommendations on the use of the upper arm type automatic sphygmomanometer, risk factors evaluation, assessment of risk stratification, and initial dose of medication. This article will give an interpretation on the new guidelines.
